When Kiyan met Eara at the village, the Arnen Chasers began allying with Kiyan. Shin went with Eara to Rinoen Village but, later he falls ill. However, Kiyan turns against the Berkel soldiers. When Kiyan and the soldiers found Eara, Shin battles with Kiyan. Tindalrose, the knight who was titled as the Mad Dog leads the soldiers and Kiyan to search for her and harm her. The Berkel soldiers marched to hunt down the innocent Channel of Light. After Eara's speech, he went to Eara's bedroom and took her with him to escape. Then, he disappeared somewhere in the capital. When Eara returned to Berkel, he heard her speech to all of the citizens of Berkel and she said the Arnen Chasers captured her and she didn’t declare war against them due to disliking violence. He and Cornette looked everywhere but they reached a dead end and went back to South Pendrik again. When Shin and Cornette went to cave, Eara and Kiyan hid from them and fell down to place called the Land of Exile, a place were legendary creatures called djinns live. Eara was already found by Kiyan and left to the cave. He and Cornette had to deal with the redhood bandits when Kiyan escaped. When they came in the safe house, Eara already left with Kiyan and Shin and Cornette headed south to find her. But, she’s not there according to Cornette due to her bad feeling about Eara and Shin was called stupid dumb fey by her for not understanding her. Shin and Cornette talked about Eara if she's okay in the safe house. When Kiyan fled, Kiyan escaped Pendrik with Eara. When the captain of Arnen was defeated by Kiyan, the soldiers surrounded Kiyan and Shin came in and said ”Oh my moody is alive” and imprisoned Kiyan. His third appearance, he went to Pendrik village with Arnen and went inside Ben's house to look for Eara and was not there.Īfter Kiyan left Eara at Ben's house to go fight the redhood bandits, Eara found her safe and took the safe house. Portia blocked the way to protect Eara and Kiyan, much to his distaste. After the battle, he said he would stalk Kiyan until his life is gone. Shin started fighting Kiyan in order to prevent him from taking Eara back to the Berkel Empire. His second appearance is when Kiyan was carrying the unconscious Eara while heading the leap gate. When all the Berkel soldiers were killed by Kiyan, Shin found Eara safe and fled to Arnen. He hates humans like Kiyan even though he's a better protected than him. He is shown putting Eara in danger by leaving her in a cave alone.
He is shown wearing a black bodysuit with elegant armor which has black, gold, and white details. Shin is an elf with long blonde hair and blue eyes. He is a member of a organization called the Arnen Chasers.
